User-Generated Content

Users may submit comments, responses, and other content. You are solely responsible for content you submit.

PublicView may remove content that violates Community Guidelines or applicable law but has no obligation to monitor all user submissions.

Platform Availability

PublicView is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PublicView and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PublicView, its operators, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of PublicView shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of account creation by contacting support@publicview.app with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out".
